SME Support Information

RISE currently operates a business hours support desk for SME customers, where business hours are defined as 9am-8pm weekdays. Outside of these hours, support is provided on a best effort basis

Monitoring for network faults and fault reporting occurs on a 24/7 basis via Network Operations Center (NOC).

For critical issues, send an email to sme-support@rise.ph and cc your account manager. 

As with any support desk, any detailed information you can provide us about the issue (such as MTR traces, traceroutes and pings) will expedite the resolution process.
