How to check the MRTG traffic usage

Customers can refer to the Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) to monitor and measure the traffic load on network links. It allows the user to see traffic load on a network, over time, in graphical form.

1. Go to the RISE customer portal. Then, click the Log In button.

2. Input your login details (email address & password).

3. Click Internet Usage from the menu bar and select the Circuit ID to access the MRTG report.

4. You may opt to filter the graph using the date range. Then click Update.

To specifically view a short data range, you can click Zoom Preset or manually choose the time in the graph.

5. To know more about your usage, you can click Usage Insights.
